What you will do
Process and investigate Code of Conduct violations on behalf of the University Code of Conduct Committee, sending appropriate correspondence to students in relation to policy.
Organize and facilitate the Code of Conduct Committee hearings and student due process procedures.
Maintain electronic student files with regard to Code of Conduct incidents.
Communicate with students, faculty, and staff regarding the Code of Conduct process.
Ensure protection of student conduct records in accordance with FERPA.
Compile and analyze metrics to improve University policies and processes.
Document and catalog all correspondence with accrediting bodies, ensuring continued compliance.
Gather and analyze information skillfully, working well in group problem‑solving situations and exercising sound reasoning even with sensitive topics.
Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor.
What you will need
Master’s degree required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to synthesize complex information; research data; design workflows and procedures.
Proficiency in calculating rates, ratios, and percentages; drawing and interpreting bar graphs.
Consistently demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior, aligning with Christian values in all transactions.
Adherence to the regulatory and legal environment of higher education; openness to accountability.
Effective verbal and written communication, both vertical and horizontal, and active listening.
Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
Excellent time‑management skills.
Business acumen that aligns work with strategic goals.
