Base pay range
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our legal team. As a Law Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of legal tasks, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with case preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a solid work ethic. This is a great opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys and gain valuable experience in class action and complex litigation. Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues. Draft legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, and pleadings. Assist with discovery and document production. Organize and maintain case files and documents. Assist attorneys with trial preparation and court appearances. Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal matters. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by attorneys. Qualifications
Law school student (1L, 2L, or 3L from an ABA-Accredited law school). Required Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Previous experience with legal research, drafting, and discovery tasks is a plus. Preferred Skills
Conduct in-depth legal research. Draft and respond to discovery requests. Draft discovery motions and other briefs for State and Federal Court. Take and draft class member declarations. Interview clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties. Pay range and compensation package
Pay: $30-$35 per hour Work Requirements
Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (In-person, not remote). Schedule: Monday to Friday (15-20 hours per week). Equal Opportunity Statement
