This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm. Our client, a top boutique firm, is looking for an attorney who thrives on challenges, thinks strategically, and wants to grow with a firm that values initiative and collaboration. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working on a wide range of transactional matters and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. The firm focuses its practice on business litigation, contract negotiation, corporate transactional law, construction law, real estate law, as well as estate planning, and probate. They are a small but growing team that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and team‑driven environment. What You’ll Do:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business documents. Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and day‑to‑day business operations. Conduct due diligence and support transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and financings. Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to deliver practical and strategic solutions. Contribute to litigation support as needed, including research and drafting. What We’re Looking For:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the Florida Bar. 2–5 years of experience in transactional or corporate law; some litigation exposure a plus. Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
