Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production targets.

- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a production team.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control standards.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Experience implementing or managing automation and robotics in a manufacturing environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
