Senior Data Solutions Manager
Location Hybrid – Lake Forest, IL (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Salary Range $155,000 - 165,000/year + Bonus (14% target)

Role Overview The Senior Data Solutions Manager will lead the design, development, and management of data and decision-support products—including dashboards, reports, and analytical queries—within a designated functional domain. This role serves as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable data solutions while collaborating with a Data & Analytics Center of Excellence for advanced modeling and visualization. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and thrives in fast‑paced, agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business units to identify data needs and deliver actionable solutions
Design and implement dashboards, reports, and analytics to improve KPIs
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure ERP data integration
Manage data governance and ensure compliance with standards
Lead projects from requirements gathering through delivery and adoption
Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to demonstrate value
Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
7–10 years of IT professional experience (minimum 5 strong years acceptable)
7+ years in Data/Analytics roles
3+ years supporting ERP data products for Marketing, Finance, HR, or Legal functions—or direct experience in these areas within CPG
Proven ability to improve business KPIs through analytics
Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Business Objects, and Analysis for Office
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to deliver measurable business value through data solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (CDS Views, BTP, SAC, Fiori)
Familiarity with SAP ECC data architecture (BW, HANA)
Exposure to advanced analytics and data science techniques (Python, predictive forecasting)
Knowledge of Generative AI solutions for decision-making
Industry Requirement
MUST have Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) background
