Commercial Lines Account Manager – ReSource Pro ReSource Pro is looking for a knowledgeable
Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager
to join our growing service delivery team. The role serves as the main point of contact and technical expert on a client book of business, working with dedicated onshore/offshore SDU teams to renew existing policies, bind new business leads, and round out accounts to increase overall revenue on the assigned book of business.
Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, training junior team members, managing large books of commercial lines insurance clients, driving customer retention, evaluating carrier relationships and market placement, providing timely and quality service to customers and clients, researching and recommending ReSource Pro solutions, working in a variety of Agency Management Systems, leading day‑to‑day customer interactions, consulting with customers using subject matter expertise, gathering information about client needs, and collaborating with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and contribute to internal team goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent experience
3‑7 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience in a retail agency or service center
Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
Located in the Pacific Time Zone to accommodate client needs
Microsoft Office proficiency – Excel required
Experience working in an Agency Management System required
Industry designations preferred such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
Ability to adapt and succeed within a team‑oriented environment
Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills
Compensation Salary range: $53,779 – $91,291 annually. Compensation includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. The salary range may vary based on the geographic location of the candidate.
