Company Overview We are a private equity‑backed consulting firm focused on data, technology and AI solutions to drive value creation for finance clients. Our global team of 1,400+ experts partners with CFOs and sponsors to deliver advanced analytics and data‑platform capabilities.

Role Overview The COO, US D&A will build and operate the cross‑practice operating model for the D&A Super Practice, integrating with the Office of the CFO and Business Transformation & Transaction functions. This leader will design governance, standardize delivery, and drive continuous improvement across the US and global teams.

What You’ll Do

Stand up processes with other Super Practices & Solutions: lead cross‑practice operating model design and execution for D&A integration across OCFO and BT&T (overall 60%).

OCFO (CFO Solutions) integration: lead and operationalize the CFO Solutions workstream (~50%), partnering with the AI Solution Owner and ensuring alignment with the AI Labs roadmap.

BT&T integration: establish processes that use D&A as lead‑generation for the BT&T practice (~10%).

Stand up and operate the core operational platform (~30%): define and implement global and cross‑practice SOPs; chair a bi‑weekly Delivery Council; collaborate with the India COO and AI Labs to identify AI automation opportunities and accelerate delivery timelines; drive alliance execution with designated D&A alliance leads.

Drive continuous improvement: institutionalize standardization, reusable assets, playbooks, and operational effectiveness across the D&A global team and on cross‑practice projects.

Manage internal cross‑collaboration: coordinate with IT and other enabling teams on tech infrastructure, tooling, security, and access to support efficient delivery.

Practice leadership operations (~10%): internal management cadences, staffing & resource management, reporting, and practice leadership processes.

Travel to US offices and client sites as needed to support delivery governance, cross‑practice integration, and operational rollouts.

You Have

15+ years of consulting, analytics/data platform, or AI‑enabled operations experience, including 8+ years leading multi‑disciplinary delivery or operations at scale in a professional services or PE‑backed environment.

Demonstrated success building cross‑practice operating models, SOPs, and governance (e.g., delivery councils, quality gates, playbooks) that improve speed, quality, and margin.

Experience integrating data/analytics capabilities with CFO Solutions and transformation programs; familiarity with value‑creation in PE‑backed environments.

Working knowledge of major data/AI platforms and alliances (e.g., Snowflake, modern cloud stacks, OpenAI, AI Labs).

Strong partner management and cross‑functional leadership skills; able to align senior stakeholders, translate strategy into execution plans, and deliver results through influence.

Comfort with global delivery models; experience partnering across US/India or similar distributed teams.

Excellent communication, change leadership, and program‑management skills; strong bias for action and continuous improvement.

Salary : $175,000 to $225,000 USD plus benefits and bonus. Compensation is based on a combination of factors including geography, experience, and performance.
