Responsibilities
Establish and coordinate the collection, analysis, and presentation of data for all areas of Quality Management.
Provide consultation for physician quality improvement and act as liaison to medical staff and hospital departments to support quality initiatives.
Ensure timely submission of accurate data to comparative databases for effective benchmarking and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and maintain the annual quality management plan and prioritize facility-wide quality improvement efforts.
Facilitate organization of quality and safety data reports internally and externally, and communicate results to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (required). Master’s degree preferred.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) – EV accredited.
Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) – EV accredited.
Registered Nurse (RN) – EV accredited.
Experience in hospital quality management and data analytics.
Salary $72,786.83 – $135,385.27 (USD)
