Outside Analytics, a proud subsidiary of SMX, is developing cutting‑edge space‑ground systems across all orbital regimes (LEO, MEO, HEO, GEO). We seek a Mid Full Stack Engineer to design and support real‑time data processing frameworks, sensor data processing, and data visualization.
Responsibilities
Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work on various devices.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance.
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Utilize GitLab for project management and tracking.
Apply DoD standards and protocols to ensure compliance and security.
Required Skills & Experience
Secret clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required).
Back‑end development experience, including Python.
Familiarity with version control systems such as GitLab.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with DoD projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using GitLab for project management.
Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends.
5+ years’ experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD and continuous integration/continuous delivery techniques.
Familiarity with C++.
