Job Summary:
GPAC seeks a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage policy updates, client communication, and the marketing/quoting process for new and renewal business. The role requires a Property & Casualty license and strong commercial lines knowledge.
Responsibilities
Accurately input policy updates and account information.
Communicate with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage-related questions.
Manage the marketing/quoting process for both new business and account renewals.
Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals.
Provide consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
Qualifications
Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
Minimum 3–5 years of independent agency or retail broker experience.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
Experience with various carriers and with their underwriters.
Experience utilizing online rating software and insurance carrier online systems.
Experience with TAM, EPIC, or AMS360 software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
