Remote Business Analyst for Enterprise Knowledge Strategy, Ops and Product

About the Position We are in need of a Business Analyst to support Enterprise Knowledge Strategy, Operations, and Product Design. You will be responsible for supporting the evolution of an AI-native Enterprise Knowledge Platform that learns, connects and adapts—enabling employee digital twins and embedded enterprise agents that deliver auditable answers and take compliant action within applications. This position is remote and will have core working hours in EST and is part of a global unit.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for AI agent and knowledge products
Design user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Conduct UAT and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure alignment
Monitor usage patterns and recommend enhancements
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of Experience as a Business Analyst in a high-growth technology or software environment, preferably in a startup or software consultancy
5 years of Experience supporting cross-functional product delivery
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, UX/UI or related field
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of Experience supporting Agentic AI, LLM-based or RAG products leveraging AI agent products or frameworks such as Google Gemini, GPT, Claude Anthropic, Grok, Devin AI, AgentForce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub CoPilot, Google Antigravity, Cursor, Glean, CrewAI
Knowledge of semantic foundations: KG/ontologies, agent orchestration, hybrid retrieval, governance-by-design
Experience with model evaluation
End-to-end digital transformation or product delivery experience on a cross-functional team in a global organization
Experience with tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ServiceNow, or Runbook Automation platforms
Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel
Ability to translate technical complexity into business value
Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact
Bilingual proficiency with Mandarin and English is a plus
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $96‑126k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This is a remote position that will have core working hours in EST.
