Job Title Full-time Class A Yard Driver
Compensation
Earn $26.27 per hour with overtime after 40 hours
$2000 annual safety bonus

Sunday to Wednesday
6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Vehicle Details
Late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks
Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
Equipped with inward and outward-facing in‑cab cameras for safety
Responsibilities
Move trailers in and out of dock as directed by management
Couple and uncouple trailers
Chock trailers as they are positioned for loading/unloading and pulling from doors
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
Non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card required or ability to obtain one
1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the past 5 years
3 years of DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
Follow all federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
English language proficiency (required by federal law)
Mandatory work schedule, specific location work, completion of Penske employment application, background investigation, and drug screening
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and perform safety‑sensitive duties at all times
Physical Requirements
Must be able to see and hear adequately (close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment)
Require frequent movement, standing, walking, and sitting; hands must reach, touch, handle, and grasp
Capable of regularly lifting or moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg)
Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area
