Orkin Service Manager

Responsibilities You will:
Lead the entire service operation after training
Motivate the team to provide world‑class service, prioritizing safety
Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity toward customers and coworkers
Assist in recruiting top talent for the service team
Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management
Lead training meetings and oversee the Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program
Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposals, and exceptional customer service
Champion innovation by supporting adoption of new products, services and technology
Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity

Starting salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

Qualifications
Sales experience preferred
High‑school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification if needed (paid by company)
Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments and interact with customers inside businesses and homes
Work Environment Candidates must meet the physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lb
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator
Willing to work in varying weather conditions
