Used Car Sales Manager

Mills Automotive Group is seeking an energetic, employee‑focused leader to join our growing sales department. The manager will work closely with upper management and sales associates to meet business goals and enhance the sales process.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process.
Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades.
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
Track gross logs, desk deals, and RDR cars.
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Understanding of inventory control.
Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
