Service Job Summary The Service BDC Representative is responsible for managing all inbound service inquiries and outbound service prospecting. By providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and through text, you will act as the first point of contact to build rapport, answer questions or scheduling questions, build service quotes and maximize the service department's capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Appointment Setting:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and internet leads to schedule service appointments.
Outbound Prospecting:
Conduct "warm calls" for service reminders, recalls, declined services, and "no-show" follow-ups.
Data Management:
Accurately update customer information and vehicle history
Communication Bridge:
Act as a liaison between the customer and Service Advisors to ensure a seamless drop-off process
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including total appointments set, "show" rates, and outbound call volume.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly phone demeanor.
Pe-Organization:
Strong multitasking skills; able to manage multiple chat windows, emails, and calls simultaneously
The schedule will be 4 days week - 10 hour shifts. Days will Vary.
