Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vendor Enrollment Operations Supervisor within our Corporate Payments line of business. In this role, you will manage a professional team to ensure service level agreements. You will apply strategic leadership tactics, provide quick and accurate analyses related to the team’s performance and quality assurance, and present data using desktop productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel. You must have the ability to manage competing schedules to meet time‑bound deliverables. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented and seek to grow experience and skills for a career in management. You will report directly to the Vendor Enrollment Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.

Formal, hands‑on training
Role Responsibilities
Monitoring team performance, approving time sheets, and providing stand‑ups and motivational meetings
Training new hires and providing ongoing education
Maximizing the use of current tools, reports, and programs, and identifying process improvements
Working with Leadership and Business Partners to prioritize incoming volume
Collaborating with adjacent departments to understand client challenges and provide solutions
Supporting operational needs by implementing processes related to special projects
Qualifications & Skills
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of leadership experience
Analytical and general math skills are required
Must be organized, able to communicate effectively and comfortably
Credit card industry experience is a plus; CRM experience is a plus
Ability to work independently
Self‑motivated, focused, and detail‑oriented
Advanced computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Demonstrates flexibility in approach to work, people, processes
Understands the importance of accurate data for business operations
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM packages preferred
Ability to adapt to change and offer process improvements
Tenacity to think “outside the box” when presenting solutions to business challenges
