About the Role
As a Contract Administrator at Linesight you will work with diverse, highly experienced teams. You will gain industry experience, extend your skill set, and take real responsibility in your role. Key Responsibilities
Support full construction procurement programmes from inception to completion. Develop and agree on procurement strategy for all construction packages, ensuring alignment with programme schedule. Develop impactful commercial presentations and communications for contractors throughout pre‑ and post‑contract phases. Review and evaluate proposals and make recommendations to the wider team. Negotiate pricing for work packages, analysing information and implementing strategies to ensure value for money. Expertise on owner’s bespoke contract form and method of measurement. Manage contract alignment for contractors and project team performance. Coordinate incoming and outgoing contract notices. Oversee timely execution of contract releases, payment applications and change‑order management. Assist in negotiation and settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims. Review cost‑saving proposals, identify affected components of compensation strategy and implications on contract. Qualifications
Experience working with various construction contracting strategies in a similar role. Experience in unit‑rate construction pricing and management contracting methodologies. Analytical skills to investigate and interpret complex data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through shared purpose.
