Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a large-scale national program. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operational execution, contract compliance, and mission support in a fast-paced DoD environment.
The Operations Manager will work closely with Patriot leadership, program management, and government stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and delivery in support of national defense objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operational execution supporting the F-35 NAVAIR mission Act as the primary operational liaison between Patriot Enterprises and government customers Ensure compliance with contract requirements, deliverables, and performance standards Manage staffing, workforce planning, onboarding, and personnel performance across the program Monitor program execution, risk, and quality assurance to ensure contract success Support reporting, audits, program reviews, and customer briefings Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and mission effectiveness Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in operations or program support within a DoD or federal contracting environment Demonstrated experience supporting NAVAIR programs (F-35 experience highly preferred) Experience managing personnel and operations in a government services environment Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to interact effectively with senior government and military stakeholders Ability to pass extensive background checks Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience supporting the F-35 program Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
