Moonland
Moonland is a growing digital agency with a social mission. We build digital solutions for businesses and organizations in the impact sector such as humanitarian work, education, and global programs, helping them deliver their mission more effectively with better visibility, smoother operations, and less manual work.
Impact defines our foundation. But we also partner with commercial clients where our expertise drives clear operational wins. So you can expect both purpose-driven and commercially focused projects.
We primarily build with no-code tools (especially Airtable) and complement this with integrations and custom development when needed. We work closely with clients and partners, co-building solutions that deliver measurable operational value.
Requirements
You currently reside in Belgium. 3+ year work experience in any field Strong experience writing or leading
proposals and RFP responses
(structure, compliance, clear assumptions, compelling narrative). Confident
client communication and stakeholder management : you can lead calls, ask sharp questions, and drive next steps. Ability to build compelling
pre-sales demos in Airtable
(or demonstrate clear capability and motivation to learn fast). Technical experience : you can communicate fluently with developers, translate requirements into scope, and understand what drives technical complexity. High ownership and reliability: you can maintain a consistent
prospecting cadence
and pipeline hygiene. Professional proficiency in English and Dutch is a must. Assets
Network or experience in the
impact sector
(NGOs, education, humanitarian, international organizations, green or social-driven companies, ...). Experience selling or managing clients in international or cross-border contexts. Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM/ERP ecosystems (Oracle, Dynamics, HubSpot, NetSuite, Odoo, ServiceNow…). Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC are an asset Familiarity with integrations and data topics (APIs, Make/Zapier, migrations, data quality, permissions/governance). Experience selling consulting/services (not only SaaS) and shaping offers/package pricing. Professional proficiency in French or other languages are an asset Event experience: representing a company at fairs/conferences, partnership building, community involvement.
