Key Responsibilities
Manage chemical production equipment, focusing on peak performance and adherence to health protocols.
Uphold stringent SOPs and safety measures to foster a secure working space.
Inspect and troubleshoot production machinery to avert operational problems.
Record and analyze production data to improve practices and quality assurance.
Foster collaborative efforts to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
Manipulate and control the flow and composition of chemical mixtures precisely.
Engage in routine maintenance and address equipment challenges head‑on.
Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations in your operations.
Accurately package chemicals following detailed customer specifications.
What You Bring to the Table
A high school diploma/GED, with additional technical certifications as an advantage.
Previous exposure to chemical production or a similar field is preferred.
Comprehensive grasp of safety protocols in a production setting.
Proficiency in handling, operating, and troubleshooting production machinery.
Attention to detail paired with effective problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate insights clearly.
Flexibility to adjust work hours as necessitated by production demands.
Capability to execute tasks while ensuring quality, individually and cooperatively.
Proficient in following precise instructions, both verbal and written.
Basic math aptitude.
Certification in safe forklift operations.
Clean‑shaven appearance for respirator compatibility.
Observant and capable of proactive issue resolution.
Adaptability to new challenges and priorities.
Effective communication and teamwork prowess.
Proficient in fundamental computer functions.
Capable of lifting and moving weights up to 50 pounds.
