Manage change orders, purchase orders, and permits Help create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors Plan timeline for earthwork, concrete, electial, etc. Communicate with city inspectors Assist with monthly budgets Review drawings and specs Profile
Bachelors degree in construction management or similar 4-5 years of experience in the construction space, preferably as a project engineer Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam Ability to multi-task Experience working with a general contractor preferred Job Offer
