Job Responsibilities Your Responsibilities

Develop and optimize sourcing strategies for MRO materials and services, balancing global and local options.

Conduct market research and evaluate suppliers, technologies, and trends to identify potential partners and risks.

Issue RFQs, analyze bids, and select vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Perform supplier assessments, manage risk profiles, and negotiate favorable contractual terms.

Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on delays, ensuring timely receipt of materials.

Support suppliers by addressing issues, claims, and coordinating returns or refunds as needed.

Establish, administer, and maintain vendor contracts and documentation in systems like SharePoint.

Review invoices for accuracy, facilitate payments, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Who We Are Looking For

High School Diploma / GED

Completed technical/commercial studies with business knowledge or completed commercial training

Advanced Microsoft Office

SAP skills, MRP knowledge / experience

Your Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree In Logistics / Master’s degree

Experience in Automotive Industry (2 years), Manufacturing Industry (5 years)

High level of problem‑solving skills, assertiveness and resilience

Occasional willingness to travel
