Program Supervisor – Full Time
$20.75 per hour
Sevita Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and perform administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals served in the program.
Provide direct support to individuals, assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
Split duties between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation for work or other activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of related work experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
Additional licensure or certification required by regulatory authorities, if applicable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
