Fleet Administrator II
– initial 7‑month contract‑right‑to‑hire position supporting our client onsite in downtown Houston, TX. Responsibilities
Assist the corporate fleet manager with ordering, registrations, transfer, and disposal. Advise company drivers on vehicle policies. Ensure compliance with standard fleet maintenance procedures. Coordinate registration – initial tag and title and renewals. Review and run fuel, mileage, and preventative maintenance reports. Assist fleet manager and field employees with day‑to‑day operations. Maintain and update driver and vehicle data. Coordinate new hires and terminations – MVR, CBT, and fuel pin. Maintain toll tag information for all vehicles. Qualifications
