What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop, maintain, and enhance AP reporting dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and scorecards
Build analytical reporting logic using SQL, OTBI, FDI, PowerBI, or similar tools to support business insights
Analyze invoice flow, processing cycle time, and payment accuracy to identify trends and performance gaps
Lead reporting modernization initiatives, including automation and self-service dashboards
Serve as the reporting subject matter expert for Accounts Payable, collaborating with IT and operations teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
5-7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, or Analytics roles
Advanced proficiency in reporting tools and database query languages (OTBI, BI Publisher, Excel, FDI, PowerBI, SQL, DAX, VBA)
Strong understanding of AP workflows and internal controls related to the procure-to-pay process
Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) including Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
Exceptional communication skills to efficiently summarize complex topics and collaborate with diverse teams
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
