To strengthen our *Global Commercial PMO team*, we are looking for a
Commercial Project Manager with French (m/f/d)
to join us in
Madrid, Barcelona
or
remote in Spain . Your New Role: In this exciting, multi-project coordination role at
iC Consult , you will actively support executive management and project management teams across the organization. Working closely with our leadership team and project managers, you will play a key role in driving project success on a global scale. With your proactive, structured, and motivating approach, you will bring fresh momentum to the team, foster effective collaboration, and contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of our projects. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: Actively contributing to the
cross-project planning
and coordination at iC Consult. Supporting
resource planning
to ensure efficient and methodical project execution, in collaboration with project managers and leadership. Preparation of invoices, business analyses, revenue recognition, status reports, and project documentation , as well as
evaluation of important project data
for management and customers. Providing essential support to management
in all operational and administrative matters to ensure smooth project processes. Preparing monthly financial statements
– includes creating and posting invoices and sending them to customers. A quick checklist of what you bring to the table: You have a
degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. You possess
excellent presentation and communication skills , can convey complex information clearly, and are proficient in
PowerPoint and Excel. You have a strong
affinity for IT
and a solid
understanding of complex interrelationships
to meet the challenges of our industry. You have gained
initial practical experience in the field of project management office
