We are looking for a
Customer Support & Operations Manager
to serve as the right hand to our Strategy Consultants and the first point of contact for our global clients.
This is not a typical support role where you just answer tickets. This is a "learning by doing" role. You will work side‑by‑side with our Consultants to execute outbound strategies, manage client communications, and ensure our customers' growth engines are running smoothly.
Your Goal:
Master the fundamentals of B2B sales and client management to eventually progress into a full
Strategy Consultant
role.
What You'll Do (Your Mission) Your mission is to support our clients and consultants by ensuring flawless execution of tasks and providing top‑tier communication.
Support Strategy Execution:
Assist Strategy Consultants in setting up campaigns, analyzing data, and preparing reports. Handle operational details that make the strategy work.
Be the Face of Growbots:
Handle day‑to‑day inquiries from our global clients (primarily US‑based). Solve their immediate problems and ensure they feel supported and valued.
Learn the "Growth Code":
Work on diverse business cases to identify client needs, spot bottlenecks, and understand what makes a B2B sales campaign successful.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure tasks are completed with precision and perfect English. Be the quality control that keeps our high standards intact.
Who We're Looking For (Your Profile) This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 1‑2 years of experience who is smart, hungry to learn, and wants a clear career path.
Perfect English is a Must:
Near‑native proficiency (C1/C2). Write complex emails that are professional, empathetic, and grammatically flawless.
You are a "Learning Machine":
Pick things up instantly. Curious, ask questions, treat feedback as fuel for growth.
General Business Acumen:
Degree in business, management, or economics is a plus. Understand basic concepts of how companies operate and grow.
Service‑Oriented Mindset:
Genuinely like helping people. Patient, empathetic, resourceful when solving problems.
Organized & Detail‑Oriented:
Manage multiple tasks for different consultants without losing focus.
Nice‑to‑haves
Interest in tech, startups, or consulting.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
