As an Inventory Co‑ordinator, you will ensure that returned respiratory health devices and accessories are accurately identified, routed, and recorded in JDE while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
This position supports our mission to save and sustain lives by delivering reliable supply chain operations.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the return process for all devices and accessories in a timely manner, including identifying and resolving issues.
Accurately update JDE (inventory management system) and communicate with internal and external partners.
Provide audit information for all devices and accessories when required.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping (5S), scrap, and delivery, offering thoughtful feedback for process improvement.
Use multiple systems and problem‑solving skills to resolve product pick‑up/return discrepancies and quality analysis requests.
Work with the manager and team members to evaluate trends in product quality, returns, and complaints.
Collaborate with Home Care Customer Service Supervisor to correct entry errors for quality complaints and returns.
What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Experience in a regulated industry preferred (ISO, FDA).
JD Edwards or other payer database experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Flexibility in a fast‑paced environment, pivoting tasks and priorities as needed.
Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring close vision.
Compensation and Benefits This position has an annual salary range of $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 USD.
The actual salary may vary based upon relevant skills, experience, business line, and geographic location.
