Job Overview We are looking for a (West) Regional Operations Manager to join the Operations team. In this role you will own operational and financial performance across your region, ensuring facilities run smoothly, look great, and maximize revenue. You will design repeatable processes, manage third‑party vendors, and develop pricing and enforcement strategies that directly impact the bottom line.
Responsibilities
Operational Execution: ensure properties look great and run smoothly by managing third‑party vendors for routine services.
Own the physical appearance and day‑to‑day operations of all parking facilities in the region.
Proactively identify & resolve issues impacting facility performance.
Enforcement Optimization: manage the Space Force, refine incentives, run experiments to maximize enforcement efficiency.
Dynamic Pricing & Revenue Optimization: develop and iterate on dynamic pricing strategies and evaluate market trends to maximize revenue.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance and guide decision‑making.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with regional GM, Partner Success Manager, and Product & Engineering to align pricing, channel strategies, and tooling.
Travel across the region for site visits and vendor meetings (20%+ travel).
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a high‑growth startup or similar regional model (e.g., DoorDash, Uber).
Ability to work West Coast hours.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Process and systems driven: design, document, and enforce SOPs; build repeatable playbooks.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to use data to inform strategy, identify trends, and optimize performance.
Willingness to travel across the region (20%+).
Fit & Expectations
Not suited for a strict 9‑to‑5 rhythm; urgent issues arise outside standard hours.
Requires regular on‑site visits, vendor meetings, and troubleshooting on property grounds.
Comfortable with ambiguity; priorities shift quickly as the company scales.
Hands‑on tactical execution is part of the role; large direct staff management is minimal.
Strong SQL skills required (assessment will be part of the interview process).
