Key Lead – The Mall at Partridge Creek

Act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates. Ensure customer experience is high quality and store operations run effectively. Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales. Oversee open and closing routines. Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness. Use register/point of sales systems and support visual displays. Protect assets and apply system skills. Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred). Minimum 1 year of retail experience (preferred). No supervisory experience required. Exceptional customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction. Knowledge of fashion trends, outgoing, assertiveness, adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance. Strong multi-tasking, applied learning, work ethic, omni‑channel services. Work Schedule & Availability
Schedule varies weekly but should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week. Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs. Benefits & Additional Information
