Senior Product Associate - Claims and Disputes Fraud Operations

JPMorganChase . We are looking for a Senior Product Associate to help us develop and optimize our products for claims and disputes fraud operations.

Job Responsibilities
Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on user research and discovery.
Consider upstream and downstream implications of new product features on overall product experience.
Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Analyze contact volumes and customer journey/friction points across a variety of channels to drive product feature prioritization.
Refine strategies and solutions to enhance self‑service utilization and reduce customer contact volume.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or related domain.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition, and strong use of planning and strategy tools such as Jira Align and Agile.
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
Rigorous, logical thinker with ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
Direct experience in check fraud prevention and management.
Proficient in using collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience with SQL and SAS for data extraction and analysis.
