The Role Reporting to the company President, we’re seeking a
Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager
to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and sustain IPA’s CI culture, driving measurable business performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
What You’ll Do
Develop and lead IPA’s enterprise-wide CI strategy aligned with business objectives and operational excellence goals.
Partner with senior leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement across all functions.
Lead structured problem-solving and Kaizen events focused on waste reduction, throughput, and safety.
Leverage data-driven analysis to identify root causes and deliver sustainable performance gains.
Coach and mentor teams to strengthen problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Measure and communicate CI outcomes through data visualization and success stories that connect improvement work to business results.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience leading Continuous Improvement in manufacturing or operations.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent CI credential preferred.
Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
Proven ability to influence, motivate, and engage cross-functional teams.
