Craft creative concepts and messaging frameworks for ad campaigns, working closely with video editors to produce high-converting OGC/UGC ads.

Analyze campaign data daily and report actionable insights to internal teams and clients via Monday.com and live dashboards.

Refine underperforming campaigns by identifying root causes (e.g., creative fatigue, offer alignment) and adjusting strategy immediately.

Advanced technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Ads Manager), SEO, and CRO principles.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to articulate complex strategies clearly to clients and lead internal teams.
