Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to lead on the newly added shift. This role will take place out of our Avery Creek facility on Visa Boulevard. The hours for 2nd shift are Monday - Thursday, 4pm-2:30am.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83000 - $122000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Manage payroll, attendance, performance reviews, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Control budgets for overtime, tools, and other resources within guidelines.
Schedule workloads effectively to meet customer needs and plant objectives.
Safety & Development
Promote plant safety policies and a zero-incident safety culture.
Support employee development and identify potential candidates for leadership roles.
Encourage community involvement and support plant-sponsored employee activities.
Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications:
2 year degree from accredited institution with at least 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience OR a 4 year degree from accredited institution.
Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience.

Experience working with low voltage or electrical products.
Previous experience as a supervisor or manager of people.
Position Criteria
The employee shall have a working knowledge of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and an awareness of all environmental aspects associated with or located in his/her respective areas.
The employee shall have a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and databases.
