Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Support the successful transition of new products from design to full-scale manufacturing.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline
- Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling design, and production equipment
- Experience with data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
- Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, VBA) for data analysis or automation scripting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or proven experience leading complex manufacturing projects
