Base Pay Range $96,713 per year – $146,745 per year
Overview Infosys is seeking an experienced
Workday PRISM Lead Consultant
to join our Workday team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday PRISM analytics and reporting, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that support business objectives. The consultant will design and develop Workday PRISM analytics solutions to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities The consultant will design, develop, and maintain Workday PRISM analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of one year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine CA or be willing to relocate to the area; this position may require travel within the US.
Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in implementation/support projects related to Workday application.
Proficient in all delivered ERP processes, reports, and analytics; suggest best practices.
Proven experience as a Workday PRISM Consultant.
Strong understanding of Workday reporting and analytics tools.
Hands‑on experience with Workday PRISM datasets and dashboards.
Ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Configure and maintain Workday PRISM datasets, dashboards, and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday PRISM.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday PRISM functionality.
Provide guidance and best practices for Workday PRISM implementation and usage.

Workday PRISM Certified; Workday HCM functional and technical knowledge.
