What Role You Will Play In Our Team
This job posting is for multiple openings across multiple positions; if you are interested in any of the following apply here and application will be sorted throughout the process.
ExxonMobil is seeking field operators across multiple crafts in the Bakken area (Williston, Tioga, and Alexander). These maintenance roles include:
Lease Operator – Maintain and monitor daily production operations at oil and gas sites.
Pipeline Operator – Monitors, maintains, and controls flow of products through pipeline systems.
Chemical Technician – Maintain and monitor chemical treatment used in drilling, production, and maintenance operations.
What Will You Do Lease Operator
Steward field safety and environmental initiatives along with contractor oversight in your area of responsibility.
Accurately document and record production data, while communicating effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
Troubleshoot and perform field maintenance along with general housekeeping focused on maintaining reliability.
Coordinate maintenance and facility repairs with multiple teams.
Comply with company policies along with state and federal regulations, including site security, as well monthly and quarterly inspections.
Pipeline Operator
Perform daily operation of pipeline gathering systems located in Williston, ND including daily rounds, weekly, monthly and yearly inspections of assigned area of responsibility, maintenance ticket submittal and follow up if required until completion, all housekeeping, engagement with all onsite visitors to ensure expectations are clearly communicated and adhered to.
Lead pre-task briefings to ensure all hazards and mitigations are clearly identified prior to starting any tasks.
Responsible for engaging in and promoting a strong safety culture.
Regular pipeline pigging, valve maintenance and right of way monitoring.
Use Ignition and SCADA systems to monitor operations.
Perform Lock-Out/Tag-Out process on pressure vessels, and pipelines.
Write and document various permits associated with daily activities.
Full fill area operator responsibilities on all permits executed with area of responsibilities. (Proper delegation may be required).
Chemical Technician
Steward field safety and environmental initiatives along with contractor oversight in your area of responsibility.
Adjust & optimize chemical injection rates based on production volumes or H2S readings.
Perform pump & equipment maintenance along with general housekeeping focused on maintaining reliability.
Troubleshoot & repair problems with equipment in the field including chemical pumps, atomizers, & UltraFabs.
Coordinate maintenance and facility repairs with multiple teams.
Comply with company policies along with state and federal regulations.
Adhere to ExxonMobil safety programs.
Communicate with production, electrical, and construction teams.
About You
Driver's license and clean MVR.
Pass pre-employment D&A screening and background check.
Ability to work outside and alone.
Available for overtime and callouts during scheduled workdays.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
Strong math and computer skills.
High mechanical aptitude and critical thinking ability.
Effective written and oral communication.
Ability to prioritize based on time and value.
Open to instruction and coaching.
