Position Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
Sell current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and service accounts.
Manage territory, including selling, servicing, account management, administration and accounts receivable.
Perform merchandising activities such as shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays and stocking inventories.
Ensure consistent customer contact and handle all customer related issues promptly and friendly.
Plan and execute sales initiatives and use POS to enhance selling efforts.
Follow necessary steps when making sales calls, perform reliable inventory checks and communicate properly to minimize order mistakes.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and handle paperwork in a timely manner.
Qualifications
BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Goal‑driven and results‑focused.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).
