The Job You will travel across the U.S. to power plant sites, welding stainless steel structural components using the Flux‑Core process (309 wire on ½" carbon plate). Work from detailed blueprints, perform 2G, 3G, and 4G welds in all positions, including overhead and vertical, in high‑pressure, physically demanding environments such as boilers and scaffolding systems.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of industrial welding experience.
Ability to pass bend‑tested welds: 2G, 3G, and 4G (Flux‑Core, 309 wire).
Comfortable working at heights and in tight, hot spaces.
Willing to travel continuously nationwide.
Strong work ethic, blueprint reading skills, and commitment to safety.
Rental car provided (must have valid driver’s license).
