Overview The Cullen College of Engineering at the University of Houston is seeking a non‑tenure track Lecturer for the First Year Experience (FYE) faculty group.
The regular teaching course load is twelve contact hours per long semester (Fall and Spring), often with several sections of the same course. Course assignments will be at the undergraduate level, focusing on first‑year engineering courses and a limited number of sophomore courses.
This full‑time, benefits‑eligible, non‑tenure‑track appointment is made on a 9‑month basis with salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Engineering with university‑level teaching experience
