Compensation:
$125,000 - $130,000 + 401k + Holidays + PTO + Medical + Dental + Vision + Life Insurance

Cushing, OK (commutable from Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Guthrie, Perry, Edmond, Sand Springs, Enid, Stillwater)

The Role
Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Lead training and development, generating standard work instructions
Problem‑solving and driving Continuous Improvement
The Candidate
CNC Programming (5‑axis) experience or background as a Manufacturing Engineer (machine‑shop/aerospace environment)
Experience with GD&T
Passion for training, mentoring, and developing a technical team
