Service Technician & Mechanic – Diesel Engine Rebuilder
ALL Crane Service, LLC is seeking a Service Technician & Mechanic – Diesel Engine Rebuilder. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a $300 candidate sign‑on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.
Essential Functions
Disassemble, clean and reassemble engines and/or engine components
Perform preventative maintenance based on assessment of engines
Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed
Read, understand and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
Positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customers
Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs
Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
Other duties as assigned
Skills And Experience Requirements
Previous experience with Cummins engines and INSITE software is a plus
Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Must have a strong diesel engine background
Must have basic set of mechanic’s hand tools
Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
Able to lift 50 lbs
