Master Industrial Electrician - $39.62 per hour - Plover, WI
Silgan Containers is hiring a full-time Entry Level Industrial Electrician for our Plover, Wisconsin plant. This is the perfect opportunity for electricians with some experience or a technical degree who want to grow in a manufacturing environment.
Pay and Schedule
Master Electrician pay: $39.62 per hour
12 hour rotating shifts, 4 to 5 days on and 4 to 5 days off
Rotate between days and nights each month
Full work schedule for the entire year provided on day one

Responsibilities
Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical systems
Mentor entry level and journeyman electricians
Oversee PLC programming and work with Allen Bradley systems
Ensure all electrical work meets safety and compliance standards
Plan and implement preventative maintenance strategies
Requirements
Five or more years of industrial electrician experience
Advanced knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems
Ability to lead and train other electricians
Strong focus on workplace safety and compliance
