Job Description:
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. As the Floor Supervisor, you provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensure store operations run effectively. You are part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support business needs.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
Retail Experience:
At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
Supervisor/ Managerial Experience:
Not required.
