As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of property maintenance, guide a skilled team, and help ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and beautiful place to call home. You will add to the value of the property with preventative maintenance and cost‑saving suggestions.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the maintenance team to deliver outstanding, timely service for each service request or repair needed.

Perform and oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs with precision and care.

Manage preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

Oversee contractors and vendors on capital improvements and renovation projects.

Aid in assessing vendor bids for scope accuracy and pricing.

Hold vendors and staff accountable for quality of work and scope.

Facilitate unit turnover using internal and external team members.

Maintain exceptional curb appeal and ensure all physical aspects of the community meet Premier Living’s high standards.

Respond quickly and effectively to maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction.

Collaborate with the property management team to track work orders, budgets, and inventory efficiently.

Adhere to fair housing regulations.

Facilitate on‑call responsibilities in a rotation schedule as needed.

Adhere to the Premier Living US policies and procedures for maintenance.

Qualifications

EPA Type II HVAC Certification

(required).

Strong leadership and communication skills — you set the tone for communication, quality and teamwork at the site.

Proven experience in apartment, commercial, or facilities maintenance and a make‑ready process for unit turnover.

Be a hands‑on example to the maintenance team at handling issues and prioritizing emergency needs.

Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.

A professional, courteous approach that builds trust with residents and teammates alike.

Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft applications, property management software, Yardi preferable.

Compensation $28-32K yearly
