Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to define goals, objectives, and design requirements.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.

Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout all phases.

Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and provide updates.

Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Design and Documentation: Review designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance with client requirements, codes, and regulations.

Collaborate with design teams to develop detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, coordinating approvals from parties in a timely manner.

Project Execution and Quality Control: Oversee construction to ensure adherence to intent, quality, and best practices.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance.

Implement quality control procedures that maintain high craftsmanship and workmanship standards.

Develop and manage budgets, including estimation, tracking, and forecasting; approve expenses, change orders, and invoices.

Monitor financial performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and implement appropriate measures.

Professional Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

7‑10 years of professional experience, preferably at a commercial design firm using Revit and AutoCAD.

Excellent design, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively within a collaborating team environment.

Knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, details, and standard building codes.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) required.

Strong work ethic and adaptability to fast‑paced, deadline‑driven projects.

Balanced client interaction and production focus.

Supervisory Responsibility This position includes some supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment Professional office setting with hybrid schedule capability.

Standard office equipment will be used.

Physical Demands No minimum ability to lift, bend, or stand is required.

Travel Travel may be required as part of this position.
