Job Description Available Shifts:
1st – Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
2nd – Monday to Thursday, 5:00 pm – 3:30 am
Pay: $28.36 /hr with night shift differential of $1.50 /hr. Pay increase at 90‑day and 6‑month anniversary.

What You’ll Do
Laying out, aligning, and fitting steel parts according to blueprints and shop drawings
Tack welding components prior to final weld
Measuring and verifying dimensions for accuracy
Operating overhead cranes and hand/power tools safely
Maintaining a clean, organized work area
Following all safety protocols and contributing to a high‑performing team
What You Bring We’re looking for detail‑oriented, dependable tradespeople who are ready to make an impact.
Ideal Candidates Have
1+ year of layout or fitting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and layout tools
Familiarity with tack welding and fabrication processes
Experience using overhead cranes, grinders, and cutting tools
High school diploma or GED required
A strong safety mindset and pride in quality workmanship
