Position Description
The Manager of Corrosion Control leads a diverse team of corrosion engineers and specialists responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Kinder Morgan’s corrosion control procedures, standards, best practices, and related programs across the Natural Gas, Products, Terminals, and CO₂ business units. This role and the Corrosion Control group provides subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders, supports regulatory compliance activities, and engages with industry trade associations (such as INGAA) and research organizations (such as PRCI) to offer feedback on regulatory developments and help advance industry processes and technologies. The position reports to the Director, Pipeline Integrity.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises a team of approximately eleven corrosion engineers and specialists.
Oversees assignment of tasks, goal-setting, performance monitoring, and annual reviews.
Provides mentoring and technical development support for the Corrosion Control Team and field personnel.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal stakeholders on technical and regulatory issues.
Support corporate and regulatory audits.
Contribute to development and maintenance of standards, procedures, and training.
Support the overall Pipeline Integrity Group mission.
Other duties as assigned.

Support corporate and regulatory audits.
