Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

Schedule: Full‑time
Work Locations: NC – Siler City
Job Type: Branch Banking
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree.
Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
Must be positive and engaging.
Formal Education & Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Work Status
Full‑time.
Travel
Little to no overnight travel. Occasional visits to nearby branch locations up to 45 miles may be required.
Working Conditions
Standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. May lift up to 30 lbs.
