Role Description This is a full‑time role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with property buying, selling, and leasing, while actively sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating deals, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed about local real estate trends. Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Proficiency in real estate and property transactions, including sales and real property knowledge
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Strong sales skills and the ability to identify client needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
Knowledge of the NJ real estate market is beneficial
Experience with investment properties is a plus
